  23.    The Summer Institute in Integrated Education and Community is a
  24. university program for professionals, parents, and self-advocates
  25. interested in learning about integration; how to bring people with
  26. challenging needs into schools, workplaces, and communities.  This is
  27. the eighth year that the McGill University of Montreal, Quebec has
  28. sponsored these two-week Summer Institutes.
  29.    Courses for 1993 include: Action for Inclusion--the Learning
  30. Community; Strategies for Day-to-Day in the Classroom; Working for
  31. People with Difficult Behavior; Building Communities of Diversity;
  32. Transforming School Culture--Strategies that Work; and Leadership
  33. Seminar in Systems Change.  Faculty include: Marsha Forest, Judith Snow,
  34. Jack Pearpoint, John O'Brien, Evelyn Lusthaus, Gerry Cross, Shafik Abu
  35. Tahir, Joe Whittaker, Gordon Porter, Herb Lovett, John McKnight, Richard
  36. Villa, Jackie Thousand, and George Flynn.
