- I'm looking for a controller for a MAxtor XT3280 hard drive to
- be installed in a PC. The big question is, that I have an IDE drive
- right now, therefore I have an IDE hd/fd controller card, which also
- has all my ports on it. The question is, than, do I just get a separate
- SCSI controller card, or try to find one that would control floppies as
- well? The space is not a consideration, but the price is. Would the two
- controllers conflict in any way?
- Also, while on the subject, I'd appreciate any info on the XT3280
- drive from Maxtor. Access time would be nice to know. Also, what would
- be a fair price for this 2-3 year old drive?
- Comments, info and offers by email or call me at 716-244-7914
