  11. One of my friends is planning to sell his new Disease Diagnosis System,
  12. which could find 10 kinds of cancer and 53 kinds of normal diseases. He has
  13. no idea about how to start all these, eg. apply copy right of the software,
  14. certain kinds of protection of the interface circuit of the computer, admission
  15. from certain government department.....
