- You make Freedom sound like a sock...
-
- Would we all be correct in assuming that this is actually
- an (undercover) advertisement for Amway?
-
- You refer to 'applicants': what exactly are we being invited to
- 'apply' to/for? Would we be correct in thinking that this is a
- fudge, and you are actually looking for new distributors to
- sponsor? (Presumably we should 'apply' checks in hand?)
-
- The protocol of this newsgroup asks that we refrain from out-
- and-out advertising, and I'm sure there will be many who will
- be pointing this out quite forcibly. What I find more troubling,
- having done a lot of my own research into the area of this
- kind of business opportunities, is the almost pathological
- need some distributors in some companies have to dissimulate.
- There are several excellent companies in the area of MLM (yes,
- and a lot of mediocre ones too): this kind of beckoning from
- behind the heavy felt curtains, though, drags the good down
- with the bad, and leaves most readers with the erroneous
- impression that this is a really questionable type of business
- to be associated with.
