  17. Get one of those "deposit" credit cards that require you to deposit $500.00 to $1,000.00 for a year then they issue you a credit card for the same amount. After the year is up you get your money back plus interest.

  19. Also, many used car dealers have sources for high risk loans. Many will loan to anyone with bad or no credit. There is a higher interest rate but your prompt payments will show on your credit reports.
