- Check around the local merchants in your area that do phone order, such as
- florists, dept. stores etc. Find out what bank(s) they use and then go
- to those banks. When they start to hassle you, confront them with the
- names of merchants you found that do phone order through their bank.
- Tell them either you want in, or they must cancel the florists etc. or
- you will consider legal action for discrimination.. Policy should apply
- to everyone, not just some...

- Your mileage may vary, but it worked well for me. Try to deal with a high
- officer of the bank, not just an account rep whose hands might be tied.
- In other words, deal with those that make the policy, not those that only
- follow it..
