  12. s may be a stupid question, but I can't seem to find the 
  13. answer.  I am starting a small printing business run out of my 
  14. home.  My question is: How do I get a business license, or 
  15. whatever I need, so that people can write checks to the name 
  16. of the business and allow me to cash them?
