- You need a lawyer. Depending on how to incorporate and who the lawyer is,
- the fee varies very much. You know lawyer's fee is much more like rubber-
- bands, right? ;^)

- When I incorporated a year ago, I called a few lawyers and asked the fee
- they charge. The minimum was $500 for both labor and expenses. And
- the max was $1500 for initial retainer. Of course I choose the lawyer
- who said the minimum. I ended up paying $550 for total. I still go to him
- for various matters and but I'm very happy with him. In fact, I found
- he is quite experienced. Obviously, It appears the more your lawyer is
- experienced, the less you pay.
