  12. This is probably a FAQ (is there an FAQ?) but I have now figured out
  13. the differance between sole proprietership, partnership and
  14. incorporation. I want to incorporate. I have a name that seems to be
  15. available, an idea and I am getting money together. What is the next
  16. step?  How much should it cost? What good books should I look for on
  17. the process of incorporating?
