  21. We call this a Triple 8, or an 888.  It is 3 red lights mounted in a
  22. wye setup which has the center connected to a motor.  It is used as
  23. a warning light just as a red strobe light is used.  It was invented
  24. locally, hence your not seeing them in California.  It is not used
  25. for cooling the engine.
