  22. I am a Fire/EMS dispatcher with Brevard County Public Safety, Brevard
  23. County
  24. Fl.  Our time out policy is that the primary unit is paged, if no
  25. response in
  26. 3 minutes then the station is called by telephone.  If no answer, yeah
  27. it has
  28. happend, then they are paged a second time and a secondary unit is
  29. dispatched.
  30. The second unit will continue until a determination of the closest unit
  31. and
  32. that the closest unit is in fact responding.
