  10. I too was a volunteer firefighter and a full time firefighter from 1981
  11. to 1989, now I'm employed with the State Fire Marshal's Office.  I'm not
  12. writting because I was serverly injured during a run and recoved, but to
  13. find out about what it takes to be a fire commissioner?  On the island I
  14. live on, the Fire Chief down to the firefighters, all have been after me
  15. to run for fire commissioner.  I've been studying the statutes, rules
  16. from the the fire college etc, and talking with the citizens on the
  17. island.  Will you give me you personal opion on this important task?
