  40. you may want to have the magazine  or publication in your area do an
  41. article after all the facts are in.  Keep people up to date, vol.
  42. depts.

  44. in
  45. Calf. its not only volenteers.  Just be sure of the facts before you
  46. jump to conclusions.  Its easy to prove arson but not so easy to prove
  47. who did it.
