- Well, he can also look at geometric figures of known size and write down
- what sequence of operations would be needed to find the volume or area of
- each. He can pretty much do any problem that the other kids can do -- you
- just have to transfer it into concrete terms first, rather than him being
- able to look at the printed page and figure it out.

- Thus if you're saying "Gus has 50c, gives 3c to Georgia and takes 4c from
- Ralph, how much money does Gus has now", well, you'll have to draw a
- picture showing 3c going to Georgia and 4c coming from Ralph, explain to
- him what is happening, and probably give him actual coins too.

- Federal law mandates modifications like I mention above, and the kid's
- mother will sue if you don't implement them.
