- I went to court with a friend while visiting him in Atlanta, GA
- this summer. He had a speeing ticket reduced to 14mph over the
- limit (it was for 18 over the limit). The prosecutor told him
- that 14 or less over the limit is a no points violation in GA.
- The court was the city of Roswell, a northern suburb of Atlanta.
