- Not necessarily. The $6 toll is collected one-way, into Staten Island.
- So people who live in Central and Northern NJ can use the Verrazano
- Bridge to get from Staten Island to Brooklyn (Long Island) and for
- the return trip use the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan and the Holland
- Tunnel into NJ.
