  19. Not necessarily.  The $6 toll is collected one-way, into Staten Island.
  20. So people who live in Central and Northern NJ can use the Verrazano
  21. Bridge to get from Staten Island to Brooklyn (Long Island) and for
  22. the return trip use the Brooklyn Bridge into Manhattan and the Holland
  23. Tunnel into NJ.
