- Nobody has ever told me a sound reason to sign a credit card. I write
- "Not valid without PHOTO ID" in the signature space. It doesn't protect
- the credit card much, since few cashiers look at the back of the card, but
- it does make the card less usable by thieves who might try to borrow my
- identity starting from my stolen cards.
