- Place to start are: State Attorney's office for Northwest's corporate
- headquarters (Minnesota?) and Department of Transportation. However, I'm
- not sure what the exact rules are that cover international transport
- liability for delays. NW may have already provided you with everything
- which they are legally bound to do, and your suit may not get anywhere.
-
- On the other hand, does anybody know if anybody has contested in court
- the validity of these "contracts" outlining what the airline's "sole"
- obligations are in cases of delayed flights (or luggage loss, etc.) when
- the customer never signed the contract or saw the terms before payment?
- (Reminds me in some ways of the "shrink-wrap" license controversy.)
