  21. Yesterday I received something in the mail from FORD regarding my VISA
  22. card.  They are supposedly upgrading it to some form of VISA gold card but
  23. the killer is that they are cancelling the rebate program (1.5% on all
  24. purchases).  Has anyone else received this same letter or am I unique
  25. (e.g., are they only doing this to people who pay it off fully every month
  26. like I do)?  Without the rebate the card loses it appeal when compared to
  27. the GM or GE cards.
