  23. Counterexample: My brother installed these on both his vehicles and promply
  24. (with one week!) hit a deer with BOTH vehicles (note - not the same deer).

  26. I've heard many testimonials for the whistles. It may be that they decrease
  27. the odds of hitting a deer but I don't think anyone has gathered enough
  28. evidence one way or another.
