  17. The Cross Bronx Expwy is bad, but it's not the worst.
  18. That distinction belongs to Boston's Fitzgerald Expwy
  19. (I-93/SR-3, Central Artery).  The Artery is currently being
  20. depressed from an 6-lane elevated (with a surface road in
  21. downtown Boston) to a 10-lane tunnel.
