- I'm surprised no-one's mentioned the Mass Pike. To go from Cambridge to Newton
- (10 miles tops) costs a dollar. 50 cents to get on, 50 cents to get off. I
- understand the Mass 'Pike Extension (from Weston eastbound into Boston I93)
- is the most expensive toll road in the country, by mile. I understand that
- our 'Pike Authority also found some way of keeping itself in business instead
- of pulling the booths as well.
