- Typically, my experiences with Northworst Airlines have been worse than
- any of the others; many times in an very similar situation as yours.
- Write them, state what happened clearly, and especially point out where
- Northworst dropped the ball (said they'd call - did not, etc). I've
- always sent letters directly via registered mail to Al Checchi, the
- CEO (at least used to be, last time I had a problem).

- In one case, I was particularly adament that some form of compensation
- was due, and they disagreed. I had a friend of mine, a lawyer, send
- them on a letter on his firm's letterhead. They complied.
