- I think the Kennedy Memorial Highway (I-95 in Delaware) is the highest
- on a per-mile basis.
- I have to disagree about the relative conditions of I-80 vs. the
- PA Turnpike, too. I drove both last summer and although the turnpike
- had a few sections which were quite new looking, overall it's probably
- the lamest toll road in the country.
