- What's the dispute? You don't have a case, unless the lawyer didn't do
- what you hired him to do. The lawyer is entitled to payment for
- services rendered.

- Your problem is that you just don't want to pay the bill now that you
- have no further need of legal counsel. Services always seem like they
- are worth less after they are rendered. That's why many lawyers and
- consultants now want their money up front.
