- True, but it's also perpetually under construction ...
- ("Welcome to PA... Single lane most of the next 300 miles" :-) and liberally
- sprinkled with craters. I doubt that PA has any plans to remedy this, since it
- forces more people to take the PA Turnpike which is, mile for mile, possibly
- the most expensive toll road in the US. [Does anyone have a counterexample? The
- insane bridge tolls into New York City don't count...]
