  23. ("Welcome to PA... Single lane most of the next 300 miles" :-) and liberally
  24. sprinkled with craters. I doubt that PA has any plans to remedy this, since it
  25. forces more people to take the PA Turnpike which is, mile for mile, possibly
  26. the most expensive toll road in the US. [Does anyone have a counterexample? The
  27. insane bridge tolls into New York City don't count...]

  30. choice in the matter.
