  20. significantly lower than what most credit cards offer.  You can actually
  21. save money by getting a bank loan and using that money to pay off your
  22. credit card bills.

  24. Saving just a little percentage points like this can mean a lot, ESPECIALLY
  25. if you're low on cash.
