  13. Paul Haas estimates $47.50/mo for a dedicated IP line.  (Which sounds
  14. about right).  The $1/mo/user figure was based on the assumption that
  15. you could squeeze 50 users (one or two at a time) onto that sort of
  16. connection, where they might be IP connected only a few minutes or
  17. maybe up to an hour a day.
