  19. Yep, it's in the new 93/94 phonebooks. I just saw it today, but didn't
  20. look at the cost. They have two "circle" plans.

  22. Be carefull though, the distance is usually calculated between two
  23. phone company rate centers. This may not correspond to distance
  24. between you and the person you are calling. There was also a very
  25. obscure notice in this months bill. Something about MiBell wanting
  26. to include some costs in these circle plans. Usually when you
  27. can't understand the notice, it means they are raising the charge.
