  13.     I am assisting our district Gifted and Talented teacher, Julie Dermody, in
  14.  developing a Geography Game for 6 schools.  You can read Julie's announcement
  15.  in the Social Studies echo.  Our school is in Marcellus, NY, just west of
  16.  Syracuse.  We are new at this...
  17.     Question:  If we have our 6 schools organized, would it even be possible
  18.  to get a closed channel for this project by March 1?  If so, how soon might
  19.  you need to know?
