- I can't answer (2), but I can tell you that EVERYBODY with a VMS
- system has VAXCRTL because it's not distributed with VAX-C (or DEC-C),
- but rahter with VMS. Unfortunately, the printed docs are distributed
- with VAX-C and DEC-C, and I suspect the online ones are as well
- (do you get anything when you type HELP CC? The complete on-line
- docs for all the VAXCRTL functions are in there, somewhere).
