  14. I prefer Cafe Berlin (about 300 Mass Ave, NE) to Wurzburg Haus.
  15. The food is better, IMHO, although it is more expensive. Entrees at
  16. dinner are in the $12-$15 range, which is not out of line for DC. A
  17. liter of beer is $8, and I don't think that's bad.

  19. Also, it's my favorite place for outside dining in all of DC --
  20. pleasant patio just off the street enough so you can watch folks
  21. wander by...
