  15. In the scrollbar package it is commented as "defunct" and
  16. "only here for binary compat" (scrollbar/sb_set.c).
  17. It is not otherwise used, and does nothing, as far as I can tell.

  22. Not that I know of.  At least, not yet.

  24. Do note that the latest Vol 7 is in two parts, one fat and light green,
  25. the other thin and blue.  The latter `Companion to Volume 7' lists
  26. all of the public attributes and functions.
