  11. Hi,
  12. I am developing a drawing program under XView. 
  13. I have rubber banding objects. This is how i am going about it.
  14.  
  15. I am having two GCs and a pixmap and a canvas. While rubber banding (in 
  16. event_proc of canvas) i write the image in both the GCs , one has pixmap as
  17. drawable and other has the canvas has drawable. And in repaint_proc I 
  18. Copy the Pixmap on to Canvas ( XCopyPlane). This works, but i dont like it.
  19. There must be a more elegant way of doign it.. i want to avoid drawing to 
  20. two GCs.

  22. Any pointers are welcome. If someone can point to some pd program which does
  23. something similar , then it would be helpful.
