- Several of our lab machines have become infected with a virus that has
- been identified as:
- NOINT (STONED) F-PROT 2.05
- A new variant of STONED F-PROT 2.06
- NOINT CPAV (version that came with
- PCTOOLS 8.0)
-
- F-PROT, which is the college's primary virus protection program, does
- not disinfect the virus; however, CPAV will.
-
- Why is F-PROT able to detect but not disinfect NOINT and are there plans
- for F-PROT to eventually handle the virus?
-
- Thanks for any help.
