- I have one of those love/hate things with Filepro. Love it for what it
- does well (a lot), hate it for it's failings (which get fewer and fewer
- with every release, but are still enough to be frustrating).

- It has been my experience that people who are used to Dbase-like code
- have real trouble getting into Filepro. Filepro has a different perspective
- on everything, and the adjustment is difficult.

- On the other hand, those DB types that have stuck with the pain have
- (usually) come to love it and won't go back.

- I wish it were cheaper, I wish it handled variables better, I wish
- I could call it from C, I wish I could control what gets added to an index
- programmatically, and I wish a half dozen other things.
