- That's a mighty vague request. "Heavyweight" covers a lot of
- ground.
- Protecting data is also vague. If you want to protect individual
- bits of data, I suggest you examine various encryption techniques. If
- you want to set up system wide access control with mandatory labeling
- of objects and so forth (a la orange book) then you're going to be
- looking at interesting issues with respect to export control and
- so forth.
