- Hi,
-
- I'm trying to back up a single disk to a TZK10 using dump. The drive is an
- RZ25 (426MB, with three partitions) and the TZK10 should be able to hold up
- to 525MB. I am trying to backup the c partition, which should be the entire
- disk (shouldn't it?). But dump asks for another tape very shortly after
- starting the dump.
-
- My feeling is that dump is actually backing up the individual partitions,
- and that it wants each partition on its own set of tapes. But I haven't found
- this stated anywhere in the documentation.
-
- Thanks in advance for any insight into this.
