  14.     It means that elcsd (the error logger thing that ULTRIX uses
  15. instead of what everyone else uses) is getting more than it can cope
  16. with, or that elcsd has died. Do a "uerf -R | more" to see what was
  17. spewing so many messages at you. Also, you might want to make sure
  18. that /usr/adm/syserr/`hostname` is not eating your whole disk. Elcsd
  19. doesn't have the brains to ever truncate this file so eventually
  20. if your system logs enough errors it will grow larger than the
  21. national debt.
