- We're at the precipice of upgrading from 4.2a to 4.3. Our "unsupported"
- configuration is the common /usr for the server and diskless clients, i.e.,
- one /usr area for everyone.
-
- What is the proper procedure for ugrading to 4.3 in this situation where there
- is only one /usr? How to do upgrade the clients' /dlenv0/root0.mips without
- the /usr tree?
-
- Also, with 4.2a, we installed the Ultrix DECwindows for OSF/Motif V1.1.3.
- Is this going to be affected by the upgrade? Does 4.3 come with it built-in,
- do I have to re-install or is it untouched?
