  13. Would someone explain to me why I got the below error and how to fix it:

  15. $  rsh zippy /usr/bin/X11/xterm -d $DISPLAY
  16. t_connect failed: An event requires attention
  17. T_DISCONNECT received
  18. Error: Can't Open display

  20. I also tried to rlogin to zippy, set the DISPLAY, and /usr/bin/X11/xterm &
  21. but I got the same error. I have .rhosts files on both machines that
  22. contain the same information as below:

  25. Host Access Control disabled.
  26. zippy
  27. ncd-tma

  30. Note that if i do non-x commands like ls, pwd, etc... then it works fine.
