  10. I am looking for a binary editor with extensive statistic facilities.
  11. The editor would be able to read and change bytes in a binary file
  12. and it would be possible to get answers to questions such as: what 
  13. is the distribution of frequence in bytes on the positions n to m
  14. (value 0 a times, value 1 b times, ..., value 255 k times).

  16. Does anyone know of an editor which is available via anonymous ftp
  17. or even better: available under standard unix?
