  23. I've used both, and I'll stick to using both. Which one I use depends
  24. on what system I'm on and what type of editing I wish to do...

  31. As it has been pointed out before, the best thing about "vi" is that
  32. it's available on just about every Unix system. If you want to install
  33. "emacs" (or any other editor), chances are you will have to edit a few
  34. Makefiles to get it to build and work properly. It's good to know at
  35. least enough "vi" to be able to configure a replacement for it...
