- I learned the basics of vi within an hour, used it for a year or 3
- expanding my 'high-profile' usage ;-) of vi. Then I didn't use it for
- 6 years, got a job which involved unix again. My catch up time was little
- over 60 minutes including some of the more enhanced (line-editing :-)
- features. That must say something in favour of vi :-).
- At least for me 8).

- So far vi, cause my knowledge of emacs isn't big enough yet. But since
- I *hate* 8) typing too much I'd like to have user defined macro's at
- hand .......
- But I guess I'll be using both a lot, whatever is handy at the moment.
