- Does anybody know much about rpc's (and RPCBIND) under system 5 release 4 ??
- I am currently trying to port an old RPC application which uses the portmapper
- routines and NOT rpcbind. But according to the documentation RPCBIND has
- support for all the old portmapper routines. Is it also possible to
- register a service with rpcbind using tcp/udp and not the loopback thingy ??!!
-
- Any help would be appreciated.
