  16. I don't know about the ProSignia. So far I haven't been able to get 386BSD
  17. to work FAST-SCSI-2 on a Compaq 486/50 XL, but am still trying. My problem
  18. is that the SCSI-2 controller can't be configured as a primary controller
  19. (yet), so you can't boot off it.

  21. I think I will be able to use the floppy boot from ref.tfs.com to specify
  22. the SCSI device to boot from.

  24. Meanwhile, my system will definitely run 386BSD SCSI with an Adaptec 1542B
  25. controller thrown in it.
