  13. About one or two times per day I get a core dump, and system panic with the
  14. following message:

  16. panic: kmem_malloc: kmem_map too small

  21. I know this is to do with the kmem and mem files for accessing the memory
  22. directly and for using swap space on disk.  Is there a problem with these
  23. files that I can somehow correct?  Or is there something else that I need
  24. to do.  Please respond via email, as this is sort of urgent.  Thanks!
