- Subject: Problems with kernel crashing.
-
- About one or two times per day I get a core dump, and system panic with the
- following message:
-
- panic: kmem_malloc: kmem_map too small
-
-
- -----------
-
- I know this is to do with the kmem and mem files for accessing the memory
- directly and for using swap space on disk. Is there a problem with these
- files that I can somehow correct? Or is there something else that I need
- to do. Please respond via email, as this is sort of urgent. Thanks!
