- Many people have offered responses detailing how to set up the Korn shell for
- command-line editing, but as a manager of an RS6K that was used to port VMS
- applications, I can testify that VMS users really like the command editing
- functions of tcsh. They are very similar to VMS and much easier to learn than
- "vi" or "emacs" style command line editing. tcsh is easily compiled on the
- RS6K and is available from most major ftp sites.
