  13.     In the January issue of RS/Magazine there was an article on setting up
  14. emergency procedures
  15. for your RS6000. One of the first things which should be done is build a
  16. bootable system
  17. onto an alternate media to permit getting at the hard disk. The article
  18. cites publication
  19. SC23-2341-05 - AIX Installation Guide. Unfortunately, the machine I
  20. inherited has no manuals
  21. and I can't look up the procedure. I am running version 3.2 of the
  22. operating system. I would very
  23. much appreciate a set of instructions on how to create the bootable system
  24. cited in
  25. the publication mentioned. If it is too complex to  write up, I'll try to
  26. get that manual.
