  56.           approximately 40 members from all main fields of AI and
  57.           from Cognitive Science.

  61.           We invite researchers from the various areas of Artificial
  62.           Intelligence, Cognitive Science and Pattern Recognition,
  63.           including Vision, Learning, Knowledge Representation and
  64.           Foundations, to submit articles which assess or review the
  65.           progress made so far in their respective areas, as well as
  66.           the relevance of that progress to the whole enterprise of
  67.           AI. Other papers which do not address the theme are also
  68.           invited.

  74.           Four 70 minute invited talks and five panel discussions are
  75.           devoted to the chosen topic: "Are we moving ahead: Lessons
  76.           from Computer Vision." The speakers include (in
